Discover Uzima Movement Wellness
Uzima means Wholeness - Full of life in Swahili
Uzima was born from a deep calling to see women healed emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
For years, I saw women silently carrying:
• Anxiety
• Emotional pain
• Trauma
• Rejection
• Shame
• Burnout
• Disconnection from God and themselves

Through my own healing journey, I discovered that the body carries emotions and that movement and faith create powerful pathways for transformation.
Healing is not only mental.
It is embodied.
It is relational.
It is spiritual.

Uzima is where faith meets nervous system healing
It is a safe space where women:
• Calm and bring safety to their nervous system
• Release stored emotional pain
• Restore their identity
• Strengthen their relationship with God
• Break generational cycles
Because when one woman heals, generations are set free.

Healing that ripples across generations
Uzima is more than a business. It is an ecosystem.
Private sessions and membership contributions directly fund:
• Free trauma-healing workshops
• Programs for abuse and trafficking survivors
• Mother-daughter intergenerational healing
• NGO partnerships
• Underserved community programs
Across 4+ countries, over 500 women have been served through funded healing initiatives.
If you are an NGO, church, organization, or corporate leader who would like to bring trauma-informed movement healing to your community:
I had been holding so much in my body so much emotion, so much tension.
I was really longing for a moment to move and express what I was carrying.
During the session, Christine guided me so gently and with so much care. There was a moment where I could physically release the heaviness I had been carrying on my shoulders, as if I was finally able to put it down.
By the end of the session, I felt lighter, calmer, and more at ease within myself.
It was a deeply meaningful experience."
