Christine´s Testimony
I was born in Nairobi and raised in a broken family where I experienced early trauma and separation. Those experiences shaped my nervous system and identity in painful ways. For years I battled depression, anxiety, shame, addiction, and deep emotional wounds. I carried silence and internalized pain.
In 2020, during one of the darkest seasons of my life, I cried out to God and asked: “Why did You create me?” He answered through Jeremiah 1:5 — “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.”
That moment changed everything. I began a deep journey of healing — spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
God restored my identity. Movement became a tool to unlock what words could not reach.
Today, I help women break silence, release shame, regulate their nervous system, and rediscover their identity as daughters of God.
Uzima was born from that restoration.
